“SURVIVE AND THRIVE” Team Development Program
Adrenalin pumping action, good food, festive music and your happy people
Part one: Experiential Adventure Exercise
The first phase consists of three Paintball games interspersed with short interactive debriefing and planning sessions plus three mini workshop sessions that explore the following topics.
“Team Player”: The individual is the foundation on which the team will be founded. It is therefore useful for individuals to identify their personal character traits and how these effect themselves and their colleagues. The process is used to mirror the strengths and weaknesses of each of the participant’s character profiles.
“Team Structures”: Through group participation we identify the fundamental requirements needed to grow successful teams. The process helps participants to identify their positions within multiple team frameworks and to consider their own level of commitment to these teams.
“Decision making”: Through group participation we identify basic procedural steps required to facilitate effective individual and group decision-making.
Part two: The luncheon or dinner:
After all the fun and action it’s time to refuel. Braai, Spit braai, or buffet at a nearby conference venue or in an idylic secluded private braai site in the upper Tokai forest.
This is an integral part of the overall process as it gives the participants time to socialize and reflect on the shared adventure experience.

Part three: Music.
Still more fun and learning . What better way to bridge cultural divides than with a round of hand thumping, foot stomping African drumming or hip hopping steel drum bopping that really lets the hair hang down.
